| We propose that the military be less constrained in its goal to protect us from outside aggression. Towards that aim, Chemical and Biological weapons should be allowed to be an option in our nation's self defense. It is already permissable to use C/B weapons against a foe if they are used against us first, we should be allowed to store and use those weapons in those kinds of situations. |
