Details
Submitted by[?]: Hobrazian Peoples Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2449
Description[?]:
Just to make it more official that whenever shortage of police resources exist it shall be allowed to transfer resources from the military to cope with the security situation both on civil issues and in serious emergencies. Furthermore we need to allow tougher treatment with POWs as if we ever ends in military action we are ready to obtain information and to put preassure on POWs to accept dealing with us as well as our enemies to engage in POWs exhanging. Also we believe that we at least for some time should allow the sale of old armory and other weapons to reorganise our armed troops. We have a budget that crave new technology all the time and our old stuff should be shipped on. Also we believe that both Deltaria and Cobura is interested at the moment :-) |

Message | We are concerned with article 3. Whilst we agree that the exportation of weapons is a highly lucrative business, we would rather weapons not be sold by private companies to whomever may wish to purchase. Selling weapons to potential enemies is just foolish. |

Message | We understand that, and we want to make sure that this is only a temporary installment to produce money and space for our new stocks of weaponry, why not gain money from weapons that are practically useless to us. Let others have fun with them...and in case of these weapons are used against us we know their capability and have already invested in protection against them. |

Random fact: Voters have an extra appreciation for bills that actually get passed, so if you want to maximally take profit from your votes, make sure you compromise with others. |
Random quote: "The superior man, when resting in safety, does not forget that danger may come. When in a state of security he does not forget the possibility of ruin. When all is orderly, he does not forget that disorder may come. Thus his person is not endangered, and his States and all their clans are preserved." - Confucius |
