Voting deadline: March 2096
Description[?]:
Fellow politicians, I consulted our countries industrial climate lately and the result weren't all that possitive. On 4/5 of the disctricts, the outcome turned out to be low to average. The only advantage of this is the low pollution in our district's environment. The cause of this is based on 3 major areas: * lack of technology. * industrial unhospitality climate due high taxes. (other proposal) * high ecologic restrictions. Although small-industry does provide the labor market with some number of jobs, it still is unsufficient. KP wants to propose 2 articles to stimulate industries in developing and growth. Article 1: Stimulate technology research and development - our country does not offer the possibility to patent technology work, this is a serious supresses engineers to create new techniques and machinery because if they bring it on the market, they cannot ensure the they will earn money on their project. So we want to obtain engineers with the option to protect their work by patenting it. Article 2: Lowering down pollution restrictions towards moderate level - is still enough to ensure a healthy environment for our citizens and it takes away the 'ecology-burden' (materially and financially) from the industries. Suggestions are welcome Regards |

Message | Honorable Colleagues, We are especially encouraged regarding the conscientious and pragmatic manner with which our Colleagues within the Kommunist Party approach our Nation's resources. While we can never be sure of the full affects of actions in our complex market environment, we are comforted by the knowledge that we can adjust our actions when they are found to be unfavorable for our Nation's interests. If we can agree to revisit this and other market-related legislation at regular intervals, we will fully support our Colleagues' comprehensive economic program, and look forward to studying it again when we can better ascertain its affects. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
