It is irresponsible to allow out citizens to be vulnerable, and naive to assume that by abandoning nuclear weapons ourselves these nations are any more likely to scrap their programs. | Message | WMDs are a serious problem to all of Terra. But we do not solve this problem just by acquiring more of them. I have no need for Jakania to bring death and terror to civilians of other nations. Instead of an accelerating arms race we should work to establish international treaties to ban the use of WMDs. |
