Message | EWWWW thats gross. We really need to put some regulations on the food industries are making for people. You could be eating poison and stuff and not be able to do anything about it. The water probably has lead in it...gross. |

Message | We would start by thanking the Freedom Party for proposing such an important piece of legislation. The health and saftey of the workers of the Republic of Aloria is remarkably important to our party and we are happy to see progress being made in this area. We will vote in favour of this proposal and support it fully and we are glad to see both the Republic of Aloria Party and the Freedom Party struggling to protect the workers of Aloria. But we have one question, and this is in no way a criticisim of the Freedom Party in any way, but would allowing local government instead of national government to determin the laws, make workers in some regions safer that workers in other regions? And as such we suggest that maybe parliment would be best deciding such laws. We still support the bill completely but with this question hope to stimulate further debate on such an important issue. |

Message | OOC: In the future, the game admin plans to have local elections too, so that when things are delegated to local governments, we can vote on them there also. IC: Yes, some workers will be more protected than others, but since this legislation covers both the protection of workers and the protection of people near factories I am sure that few people would oppose measures that would protect them and thus all regions will have sufficient protection of their people. Additionally, the people will have been protected without additionally federal funding. |

Message | I support the view of the Freedom and Peace partys, Alorian workers need this protection! I feel too that industry should be regulated by the national goverment to ensure comformity across the whole country, but this is a step in the right direction! |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
