| We have seen the banner of an Islamic-Communist government fly in this nation years longer than it was supposed to. While the Communists were overthrown by the Xzarins and Supreme Archbishop and President Father George Bailen, their flag was never properly decomissioned by the Federal Republican government founded by the XCP.
