Bill: Senate Resolution 25: Federal Flag Introduction Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Federal Independent Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2450

Description[?]:

We have seen the banner of an Islamic-Communist government fly in this nation years longer than it was supposed to. While the Communists were overthrown by the Xzarins and Supreme Archbishop and President Father George Bailen, their flag was never properly decomissioned by the Federal Republican government founded by the XCP. We now propose to end this flag's official use and implement the flag of proper identity and beauty.

We request all parties' support on this issue. Thank you.

FIP Senate Speaker Aarick Andronicus

MessageThe Senate has more important issues to discuss than empty symbols. Besides, while the National Flag is far from being beautiful, the proposed flag certainly beats it on the issue of ugliness.

The Workers Party votes "no".

MessageWow, I don't think I've ever listened to a more morbid party that rants about the uselessness of designated legislations than the Workers Party. It is very sad that the Workers Party doesn't understand that the Senate can vote and debate on more than one piece of legislation.

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that.
