| The DSP, while believing in devolution of powers, feels that there are certain areas of food laws that require a national approach, rather than leaving it up to local governments to decide on. Further we believe to further enhance our economy the ability of people to sell food should be expanded. Therefore the DSP proposes the following; -The Federal government creates and enforces food safety standards. -Anyone may sell food, but shelf lives and food safety laws are enforced. |
