Bill: Combining Chairman and Prime Minister Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Al'Badara Republican Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2450
Description[?]:
This is a vote, although it is not binding, to see if we should back out of the "Democracy through Separation of Powers Agreement". We, in the AAP, feel that the office of the chairman is a purely ceremonial office more than functional. We find only one useful thing from the chairman (if you call it useful) and that is to propose coalition cabinets. There is more representative parties in parliament than in the direct vote for chairman and will save countless time (no more second ballots, only one vote needed, for parliament). |

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
