Bill: Freedom From Religion - part V
Details
Submitted by[?]: Secular Humanist party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2451
Description[?]:
The fifth act in the Freedom From religion Campaign is to ban religious clothing and symbology. Wearing of such things promotes hate and divisions between people. We are slowly building up to the coup de gracé. We would graciously ask NOP, nova prospekt, and NSP to allow a short time to gather 2 additional proposals to finish our 7-point campaign, as opposed to proposing farther measures themselves. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The state's policy concerning religious clothing.
Old value:: There are no laws regulating the wearing of religious clothing and the wearing of religious symbols.
Current: There are no laws regulating the wearing of religious clothing and the wearing of religious symbols.
Proposed: Wearing religious clothing or religious symbols in public is illegal.
