We feel that the accumulation of 6 proposals is too many, and has been proven in the past. By limiting the number of proposals we can make sure they are of higher quality and importance.

MessageThe DSP is fine with the way it is, and does not see how decreasing the proposal amount by one is useful.

Apart from that limiting the annual proposal amount hinders the legislative process by limiting the amount of bills that can be made each year.

MessageOOC: 1 year is 48 hours. I think 10 is plenty in a 48 hour period and really will help make sure the bills are of higher quality and not just people rushing at the end of an election cycle to get visibility. And having fewer bills will allow more debate and RP possibilities.

MessageOOC:
Certain bills take up alot of proposals, like the monarchy one, and there are alot of things we all want to change, so it just makes things take longer and risks making people bored.

MessageThis bill is an attempt to stifle the efficacy of the Government, plain and simple. Plato's Republicans emphatically disagree with these proposals.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.
