| Message | For those who did not notice, the recently passed legislation equalizing the taxation of individuals has led to a budget surplus which will more than cover the loss of corporate taxation. The communists were deficit spenders. We begin with a surplus, and after spending has been cut, we may be able to cut the individual sales tax rate as well. |
