Bill: Tax Simplification Proposal of December 2452

Details

Submitted by[?]: Democratic Rationalists (PrCoa)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2453

Description[?]:

This bill doesn't change anything about the current tax system, other than to eliminate "tax brackets." Aloria has a flat income tax, and it looks like it's going to stay that way. So long as that's the case, might as well shorten the tax code.

All taxes stay the same under this bill. This bill does nothing but eliminate pages of tax law.
