This bill proposes a tax increase on every tax across the board and, the nationalization of the defense and armament industries in order to fund and, economically support arms program to ensure that we have equal, if not superior, destructive power as any of our neighbors or potential enemies. a small increase on the whole range of taxes and compulsory wartime service for all adult males should provide for it.
