Bill: Exiting the No Spam Treaty
Details
Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2454
Description[?]:
The DSP feels that this treaty is archaic and downright useless. In this age of international relations not giving our opinions, which can be helpful in many ways, we cannot forbay our citizens and government from sharing opinions on matters. Therefore we propose we leave the 'Do Not Spam Treaty' effective immediately. |
Proposals
Article 1

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
