MessageAfter last year's budget revision, we were left with a more than 2 billion ALO surplus. This bill distributes 1.1 billion of that surplus through various ministries. We intend to add a cut to the sales tax when we have enough quota to add that proposal. We believe there will be a balanced budget after this budget revision, and after the tax cut.
