Strongly opposed.

(3) & (2):The Gov't should not only ENCOURAGE Renewable Energy but should also BAN nuclear power.

(1) This is a tough one. However, allowing public powerstations to exist side-by-side with private powerplants would stimulate COMPETITION--[Adam Smith's "word of the day"(LOL)]--and thereby cause a downard pressure on electrical rates. Instead, we would support only allowing PRIVATE powerstations but we believe that DWC (Democratic Worker Councils)'s should own their own private plants and be given Federal Loans.
