MessageWe oppose articles 22, 23.1, 23.2, 23.3, 25.1, 26.1.

These clauses do not refer to human rights in any way. They impose ewxpenses on governments that have to be paid for by people. They are requirements that the government robs the wealth of its own people.

Then come the articles which do not reflect the treaty in some cases. Compulsory education is not in the treaty but is presented as an article. The right to education is a human right, but it says nothing about the person having to take up this right noris there any reason why this has to be paid for by tax. (There is no such thing as free.)

We also oppose any compulsory pension scheme. This is, and should be a matter of choice.

MessageAs we doubt that the drafters of the 1948 UDHR play particracy, the originators of the text are unlikely to take part. However those proposing this text as a treaty are welcome to partake in our debate from our point of view.
