Bill: Exiting the Axis Agreement
Details
Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2457
Description[?]:
This bill proposes leaving the Axis Agreement Treaty. We cannot associate ourselves with such disgusting and undemocratic and unfree nations such as Deltaria (both of them), and as such we ask for our leaving of this treaty. We do not see the reason we should remain in this treaty, and indeed have several reasons to leave. -There are only three other signatory nations, two if you consider the Deltaria's the same. -The member nations are despicable and we cannot show any kind of support for them. -It prevents us from signing treaties with other nations in regards to non-aggression and mutual protection pacts. -The treaty was created by imperialist fascist neo-nazi's. |

Message | You have some really good points, but since I'm a long-time supporter of the axis, despite its modern shortcomings, I have to oppose. |

Message | We have been in the axis for several years, and nothing has changed, Deltaria Nova is still a Stalinist single-party puppet state, the other Deltaria is still, well to be blunt, totally F'ed up. By remaining in this treaty we are basically telling the rest of the world we are supporting an imperialist Neo-Nazi, unfree and undemocratic regime, and indeed present ourselves to be the same. |

Message | For voting reasons we are going to wait until after the next elections, which would only delay the bills being put to floor by one year. |

Message | After putting more thought into this, we agree. We cannot cooperate with the two communist states of Deltaria. We should find more reasonable allies who exercise rightist policy. |

Message | Considering there is enough support to exist it now, we are putting this to vote. |

Message | It would seem that the CeC cannot be trusted in waht it says, since this bill was'nt put up to vote until 2457, allowing the two years requested to see if therewould be any change, and since there has been none.. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
Random quote: "We are told that this is an odious and unpopular tax. I never knew a tax that was not odious and unpopular with the people who paid it." - John Sherman |
