Bill: The Any Party Can Propose A Cabinet Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Scientific Libertarian Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2455
Description[?]:
I have decided that the way it is now is just silly. There's no reason to keep smaller parties from proposing cabinets, the worst that could happen is a bunch of extranous cabinets are proposed and fail, and the best that can happen is we wind up with a slightly better arrangement than we otherwise might. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The constitutional right and responsibility to propose a cabinet to the legislature.
Old value:: Only the largest party can propose a cabinet.
Current: Only the Head of State can propose a cabinet coalition.
