|in light of recent security risk and the threats of riots and violence by small, grassroots orginizations, we propose the following measures be taken to protect the innocent.|
Old value:: The police may only disperse a crowd if a state of emergency has been declared.
Current: The police may only disperse a crowd if a state of emergency has been declared.
Proposed: The police may disperse a group if they believe it poses a potential risk to public safety.
Old value:: Citizens are issued with identity cards on a voluntary basis.
Current: All citizens are issued with identity cards and are required to carry them at all times.
Proposed: All citizens are issued with identity cards and are required to carry them at all times.

The violent people are the weak ones, our nation is strong and unless our policies match these views, then our people of our country will have a different impression and message. Therefore, we oppose. |
