Cildania smells. The reason it smells is garbage isn't being picked up and companies are free to pullute as they please. Individual Cildanian citizens have the right to not have their health and more importantly their nostrils infringed by the waste products of others. |

Current: It is the responsibility of local governments to decide on waste disposal regulation.

Message | Pollution and waste ARE costs of a company's operation, and it is their responsibility to dispose of it properly. If they violate the property of someone else they will be prosecuted (under our paranoid liberal code of law). Therefore technically these measures are already handled by law enforcement and do not need extra oversight from some inevitable new government bureau. |
