Message | I believe in nuclear deterrence, not nuclear war. If the world sees us building bunkers and shelters, stockpiling food and medicines, it will cause them to believe that we may attempt to fight and win a nuclear war. Deterrence on the other hand, would mean that we accepted that a nuclear conflict meant mutual destruction. |

Message | Not necessarily, I know that the Defense Ministry has weapons capable of destroying, or at least disarming nuclear weapons before they enter Beluzian airspace. I think we should develop that rather than trying to deceive our enemies into thinking we have no plan for war. |
