No person, entity, group, or nation shall determine the safety of Confédération des Deux Kanjors. Article One. Officers and employees of the intelligence community are to make every effort to establish and maintain intelligence relationships with any person, entity, group, or nation with ties to the Confédération des Deux Kanjors. Any actions necessary to maintain information are permitted. Article Two. The Confédération des Deux Kanjors maintains nuclear weapons to deter, dissuade, and defeat any immediate or potential conventional, nuclear, chemical and biological weapons threats. The Confédération des Deux Kanjors will do whatever is necessary to deter the use of weapons of mass destruction against the Confédération des Deux Kanjors, its allies, and its interests. The Confédération des Deux Kanjors would prefer an alternative solution to nuclear weapons on another sovereign nation; however, no military response will be ruled out as a potential response for any threat. Article Three. The Confédération des Deux Kanjors maintains chemical and biological weapons to deter, dissuade, and defeat any immediate or potential conventional, nuclear, chemical and biological weapons threats. The Confédération des Deux Kanjors will do whatever is necessary to deter the use of chemical or biological weapons against the Confédération des Deux Kanjors, its allies, and its interests. The Confédération des Deux Kanjors would prefer an alternative solution to chemical and biological weapons on another sovereign nation; however, no military response will be ruled out as a potential response for any threat. Article Four. Only members of recognized religons are allowed to take part in the military. Articles Five, Six, Seven. No entangling treaties or alliances. The Confédération des Deux Kanjors shall be independent of other nations and dependent only of itself. |
