Voting deadline: October 2458
Description[?]:
The DSP, while believing in some state ownership of farms to insure everyone has the basic sustenance, believes that both state and private farms should exist. This way we can keep our food programs that depend on the state farms running, but also allow economic growth by allowing private farms to sell agricultural items. This program will greatly help to improve the economy and overall well being of rural areas that are suffering do to lack of income sources. Furthermore the DSP believes that fishing should be allowed, but quotas enforced. This will not only enhance our economy and the economy of small coastal towns, but Will also ensure that the fish are still protected. Therefore the DSP proposes the following; -Strategic crops are produced on State owned farms. All other produce is left to the Private sector. -The government establishes fishing quotas. |

Date | 23:39:54, September 20, 2007 CET | From | 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō) | To | Debating the Economic Enhancement Act of 2458 |
Message | We're not proposing making the entire industry privatized, but allowing for private farms to exist as well as private fishing. By creating government monopolies on all the industries we do, we are essentially halting vast areas of our economy by taking away these jobs from people. |

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators. |
