Bill: National Charter School Policy

Details

Submitted by[?]: Liberty Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2459

Description[?]:

"The Liberty Party believes that federalism brings the government to the people it affects most, that government should be localized whenever it allows for competitiveness between the Provinces or when the institution the government controls is deemed to affect the local population more then Zardugal as an entity.

It is our view that the Zardugali policy on private schools is not suitable for a Provincial government to decide, as we believe all Zardugalies, up to the age of 16, should have their educational rights determined, uniformly, by the central government."
~Susan Copper, Shadow Minister of Education for the Liberty Party

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
