MessageAs announced, here is the second finance bill.

Key points following:

.)No tax area has been raised to 25,500 JEL

.)People who earn up to 80,000 JEL will be charged by 1% down

.)From 80,000 to 109,000 JEL have the same tax(10%)

.)Only over 111,000 JEL tax will be raised by 2%

As you gentlemen could see, low and middle class will have advantages by this proposal.
