We the People of the Commonwealth of Rutania must proclaim a loud voice to the world and say that we would NOT allow some "Mad Scientist" to extract the DNA from the bones of Adolf Hitler's grave in an effort to CLONE the most maniacial Madman in World History. Therefore, we humbly ask to join us in this crusade to ban ALL human cloning. However, the bill exempts scientists and Bio-tech farmers for the cloning of animals like "Dolly the Sheep" which can be used to research n' development as well as increased production of meat supplies. Thank you for your full support!!! |

| Message | FYI: Actually, the general consenus (i.e. middle 80%) amongst psychologists in the whole "Nature vs. Nurture" debate is that BOTH "nature" and "nurture have an EQUAL psychological impact on the person. In fact, Charles Darwin argued reverently in his book "Origin of Species" that aspects of one's environment can positively or negatively affect the application of Natural Selection which has been applied to molecular biology via DNA and gene seqencing. |
