Although, the Commonwealth of Rutania has strong respect for the people's INALIENABLE right to "Keep & Bear Arms," it would be unethical for the nation to arbitarily discriminate in the enforcement of that sacred right to people b/c of a medical diagosis. I mean, what is next: should be discriminate against people with Hypertension ("high blood pressure") b/c they are predisposed to aggrevated bouts of aggression and stress. In fact, psychological historians have verified that the former U.S. Presidents---John Adams, Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Jackson, and Lyndon B. Johnson---all had BIPOLAR DISORDER!!!
