First and foremost, this law UNEQUIVOCALLY upholds the People's INALIENABLE right to the inviolability of their posal mail and general privacy. However, it only onlys that confidentially to be breach in the STRICT CONDITION that a Law Enforcement officer presents PROBABLE (or "grounded") CAUSE to a Federal (or Provincial) Judge and is subsequently issued a Warrant by that said judge.
