Submitted by[?]: Bloc Militaire pour Restauration
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2472
Description[?]:
Considering this Pontesian bill : http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=147231. Considering that this war is purely agressive against Beiteynu and unlwaful. Considering that Beiteynu is a member of the Accord des Nations Amicales, of which Jelbania is also a member. Considering also that unlawful agression is very dangerous to international stability and cannot be tolerated. The Assemblee Nationale decides to give the Minister of Defence full authorization to use the necessary troops for helping Beiteynu when Pontesian troops enter Beiteynu, without the necessity of defence. |

Message | Beiteynu is a strong ally and UCC supports providing military and economic aid to that nation during this severe crisis. We do support sending troops, but we are not sure that we that need a full-scale declaration of war. Or do we? |

Message | You are right; we don't need a declaration of war. Sometimes sending soldiers to help a attacked nation is helpful for peace it sends a signal to the agressor that they can't invade a country without repercussions. |

Date | 23:39:46, October 16, 2007 CET | From | Bloc Militaire pour Restauration | To | Debating the Military Aid for Beiteynu Act |
Message | We see we have made a mistake Beiteynu is not a member anymore of the Accord; however because they have been for so long a Accord member we have to help them. |

Message | Whereas the Government of Beiteynu has committed an acts that threaten to start war against the Government and the people of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=137178 The Government of Pontesi have asked for the recognitions of our nations sovereignity, but is denied by the Beitenyu government.: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=141268 This is an act of defense and is neccessary to protect our nation sovereignity, so we asked that the Jelbanian government remain neutral in this matter. -- Matthew William, Atabeg Accipitrum and Chancellor of Foreign Affairs |

Message | The bill of Beiteynu you refer to has not been voted upon and so it's ridiculous to say Beiteynu threatens Pontesian sovereignty. |
Date | 09:13:18, October 17, 2007 CET | From | Nrzi Prta (Democratic Party) | To | Debating the Military Aid for Beiteynu Act |
Message | But yet you don't seemed to denied the fact that the former Government of Beiteynu still refuse to recognize the sovereignty of our 2 regions after we recognize their sovereignty over Gran Tadraki. -- Matthew William, Atabeg Accipitrum and Chancellor of Foreign Affairs |
Date | 11:23:07, October 17, 2007 CET | From | Drtárék Jelbék Prta | To | Debating the Military Aid for Beiteynu Act |
Message | We should not aid Beitenyu, it does not benefit us, and the fact that you mention it is no longer a member of the Accord means we have no obligations to them whatsoever. |
Date | 13:41:29, October 17, 2007 CET | From | Bloc Militaire pour Restauration | To | Debating the Military Aid for Beiteynu Act |
Message | The bill has never been passed, so the former government of Beiteynu never refused to recognize your sovereignty |

Message | RPLCF speak is pointless, just because the bill have never passed doesn't mean that they have make no attempt to threaten our sovereignty. They have clearly stated that they won't recognize our soverignity and have make no attepmt to negotiate while the Pontesian Government have tried our best to solve this problem in a peaceful way. They only want to recieved, but not to also gived in the discussion. -- Matthew William, Atabeg Accipitrum and Chancellor of Foreign Affairs |

Message | "Beiteynu had never passed any bill claiming sovereignty over any region of Pontesi. Your request to recognise your sovereignty was therefore pointless, since we had never issued any declaration questioning it. You claim to wish for peace, to want to recognise our sovereignty over Tadraki and Endlid, yet right now you send troops to steal that land from us. We thank the Jelbanian parties for supporting our state. While a foreign party may have temporarily removed us from the Accord, we are deeply grateful for the loyalty your nation has shown us." -Naczelnik Nasi Itamar Eitam |

Message | Whether or not the resolution is pass is irrelevent, seeing that you clearly make your statement that you supports the unification of all provinces that you claimed to be a part of your former Jewish Empire. It is never pointless to ask for something that you believe is yours. We have always wish for peace, but you have never made any attempted to discuss and solved the issues with us and we're left with the last resort to protect our nations. Beitenyu is no longer a part of the Accord and we asked that our Pntékai brothers in Jelbania stand together with us in this matter. If this resolution is pass, we clearly state that we will not attack any Jelbanian force that have not entered the region of Tadraki and Endlid. Your presence in Fruskila, Padrilka, and Quo'gün is acceptable, but if you attempted to attack any Pontesi force in Gran Tadraki, it will be response with full aggression. -- Matthew William, Atabeg Accipitrum and Chancellor of Foreign Affairs |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
