Bill: Police Budget Stop
Details
Submitted by[?]: Pertetuum Kazulia
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2460
Description[?]:
Since the Bureau of Justice's budget has been decreased by a staggering 12,000,000,000 KKR, we suggest to make the dual system of lawkeeping more efficient. As it is, we have a military that is doing absolutely nothing, as we are at peace with our neighbours, and a police force that is incapitated by the budget cuts passed by the liberal socialists. In other words, we can make this efficient by putting 1 plus 1 together to form 1. |

Message | What would happen if we did go to war? Our soldiers would go off to the front and there would be no police force at home. Disbanding the civilian police is ridiculous and considering that there is an important distinction between civilian and martial law, we strongly disagree with this measure. |

Message | Well, unless the communist workers are planning an offensive, ofcourse. But we see the military as a defensive capacity, not an capitalist-imperial one. |
