The Parliament of the Beluzian Republic Recognising that immigration makes a nation stronger; Believing that a quota-system for immigration is unfair and discriminatory; Empowers the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to draw up new regulations for Immigration and Integration policy, in coordination with the ministry of Justice and the ministry of Internal Affairs under the following restriction: 1. Immigration of persons of other nationalities shall be monitored, but not prohibited 2. Any person shall be able to claim citizenship in the Beluzian Republic after a period of 10 (ten) years, provided such a person shall have no criminal record in Beluzia and a source of income. 3. The State shall have the prerogative, within reason, to expel any non-citizen from the Beluzian Republic, should such a person prove to be a danger to public safety or national Security. |
