| Message | Although we can see some sense in altering articles one. Article four is nonsensical. There is no need to ban private higher education institutions if we wish our youth population to learn/grow and form decisions of their own a wide base is needed, how else can a people or a culture grow? The current legislation is appropriate. As for our stance upon articles two and three, we can be persuaded, but we must be persuaded in a logical argument as to how the proposed legislation will benefit the children of Beluzia. |
