As it stands the recreational use of Cannabis is legal nation wide, and therefore allowing local governments to decide if they are going to allow it be used for medicinal purposes i idiotic and an affront to Freedom. Therefore the DSP proposes that medicinal Cannabis use be allowed nationally. |
