Message | Vox, I am ADAMANTLY opposed to this legislation like you are--with the exception of Articles' 2 & 3--, but this bill is does repeal the "mandatory" provision of the current law. So, just to get the current law off of the books, I say vote for this "Lesser of two evils." |
