MessageThis is proposal updates the previous one according to the opinions of some members of this Cabinet.

.) Lowing Defence budget confirmed, it was increased too much during last governaments

.) The money saved on Defence budget has been used to raise Healt and Social Services one, who suffered by a drastic cut in the past governaments

.)Food and Agricolture Budget has now a small incresasing.
