As another step in our quest for a new republic the following change is suggested. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Government policy with respect to the death penalty.
Old value:: The death penalty is illegal and is never to be applied.
Current: The death penalty is illegal and is never to be applied.
Proposed: The death penalty is applied for capital crimes.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Ownership of guns by private individuals.
Old value:: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Current: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.
Proposed: Individuals are not permitted to own firearms under any circumstances.
Article 3
Proposal[?] to change Internet regulations.
Old value:: The government allows anyone to use the internet but the police can run investigations concerning illegal activities conducted by using internet (child abuse, illegal filesharing, ...)

Proposed: There is major censorship of the internet by the government.
