Message | opposed. The wages of workers are to be dictated by the FREE MARKET and not a government bureaucrat. Regardless, my party has aggressively risked its legislative majority by passing comprehensive LABOR UNION bills. In other words, McDonalds' employees do not NEED a crappy "minimum wage" b/c if 51% of those employees vote in a secret ballot election to join a Union administered by the Federal Dept. of Labor, the employer is OBLIGATED to negotiate and collectively bargain with them in good faith to stipulate a contract for 12 RUT an hour plus health insurance benefits. |
