A bill aimed at giving the government more options in a state of emergency, be it disassembling potential riots. These powers are not designed to be excercised all the time, rtaher aimed at better enabling our government to respond to emergencys. In times of crisis, people look to their government for leadership, so the more options avaliable, the better our government will be able to serve its people in a time of crisis. |
