| Believing that our new nation needs a good and modern state apparatus. Recognizing that the same people in this nation united the previously divided and wary regions in order to form this country. The Parliament hereby declares that the people of our nation have the right to have a clear simbol of our nation. Article 1: The Flag shall in no way represent any religious belief or any political ideology whatsoever. Article 2: A provisional flag shall be set for a duration of 5 years with such a fashion: It will have the upper and lower borders painted red, from the blood and the courage of the men who fought anywhere in this world for their rights. It will have three simbols in its center. The Emirate hawk on the upper left, the Peace Olive tree in the upper right and the symbol of the secular power in the lower center. The Simbol of the secular power shall represent the three branches of the state, united by the ring of the will of the people. Article 3: A Provisional Motto shall be set for a duration of 5 years with the words: "Sub Umbra Floreo" |
