| As is stands we do not use biological and chemical weapons, nor do we allow the export of them. The DSP thusly does not feel that we should allow the production of biological and chemical weapons. However we do need to be prepared if we are ever to be attacked by such despicable weapons. Therefore the DSP proposes that the production of biological & chemical weapons be banned, but research into them for the use of developing cures and vaccines be legal. |
