Voting deadline: February 2463
Description[?]:
We believe that Pan-Sekowo needs a centralized fire management more able to face big challenges, like large forest fires. And if we leave the issue for local goverments, some areas might have substandard fire departments that may cause high risks to inhabitants. |

Message | Fire prevention is best left to the local governments,as they know the terrain and buildings much better than a group of people from all the other Exarchy's whom have never even been there. Furthermore the federal government funds the state fire departments as it is. |
