MessageForced Labour, in our eyes, in the first step down the slippery sloap if illtreatment of POWS. Accepting this bill would put us out of step with international treaties. Thus, we vote no.

MessageNo.

We must show the world we are a civilized nation.

Beyond that, if we started doing that, other nations would than do that to any of our own soldiers who may be POW's in any future conflict.

MessageWe in the PRP feel that we should treat all people, including prisoners of war, as well as we treat our own citizens. Regardless of circumstances they are guests in our country and it is our obligation to ensure that we are gracious hosts. A PoW is out of the fight one way or the other, and by forcing them to work we would encourage them to sabotage whatever it is they would build.

Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
