| As it stands, children are dangeriously under protected in our society. This bill outlaws the exploitation of children through child pornography, meaning that only pornography depicting consenting adults is avaliable for purchase. Child pornography in all its forms is wrong, and encourages the sexual exploitation of children. |

| Message | The regulations in existence, which are RP, not law ones, state that 9/10 (9 for leap years) is the limit to how young one can be. Further more, a special test is required to make sure the subjects understand sexuality and what they are doing. |

| Message | There are'nt really any laws, real or RP specifically about age of consent. Just this specifically, though I cant find the bill where I laid it out. Anyways, alot of stuff in Terra is'nt exactly acceptable in the real world, such as Deltaria Federaci (sp?) brutal killing, raping and pillaging, the few times they've ever RPed. Anyways, 10 is the low age more do to biological facts than psychological acts. Everyone is unique, and thusly develops at a different rate. Heck, I knew what sex was and such when I was 11. |
