Description[?]:
It is of Utmost and Total Urgency so as to Facilitate and Otherwise Caress the Strings of the Law of the Moral Fiber of Mercurian Nature of substances that are often Partaken by the Gentlemanny, be it in the Oriental Den of Iniquity, where Opiates and the Ye Old(e) Chasing of the Dragon heretoafter Occurs, and Other places of Ill-Repute that are not often Patronized by the Gentleman of Good-Upstanding Character, but rather the Ruffian with a Smock made of Theoretical Ribaldry or a Strumpet (and/or Trollop) with a Bee in Her Bonnet that creates Unnatural desires for substances that elevate the Body and Mind, but despite their Pleasurable, Sensual, Euphoic and faux-Heavenly Effects, such Things Are remain Sinful, by the Watchful Eye of the Priest and Preacher. So as such we must accomadate the Religiously minded communities by allowing them the Freedom of Strict and Moral-Upbringing that Discourages the Leisurely Wetting of the Gentlemanny Whistle with the Sensual, Silk-like Caresses of the ghostly airs of the Oriental Handmisstress. |
