Message | "You have no understanding of this policy. We, as a state, have set voluntary targets for business to make. That's not a law. The market will decide what kind of environmental protection measures they want large industries to take, after all, the consumers are the people who have to live with the consequences. If you can't understand the Zardugali system of voluntary measures to help businesses that want to gain the favor of the market, the consumers, the people, how can you see yourself as fit to lead Zardugal?" ~James Allan, Shadow Minister of Trade and Industry for the Liberty Party |

Message | But the market only reacts on the way things were produced. In the subject of our environment, we cannot wait until the market has found a propper answer because a single mistake can have serious effects. |

Message | I meant, that when an environment disaster already happened, the market reaction is too late. If a company will let their chemicals into the river, the consument might not buy the product of this company, but the river will be poisened as well. |

Message | "What do you mean "might" not buy their products? Do you think the industrialists of Zardugal are idiots? They would never do something so environmentally irresponsible as that. Zardugal is not a Nanny State, and it's people do not need one." ~James Allan |

Message | If they'll never do it, they cannot have anything against a little inspection of their factories. |

Message | "Or we could just, say, trust our population? Zardugal is not populated by mindless drones, though if any of these outrageous bills of your's pass, that might be the bleak reality." ~James Allan |
