Bill: Anti AIDS
Details
Submitted by[?]: Jelbék Lofrjogad Pntak
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2463
Description[?]:
The government should supply those who want condoms. This is the most important move in a war on AIDS and HIV. The money we invest in the contraceptives is saved in social wellfare money because the less people that are infected with HIV the less workers we lose to it and the less medical bills we have to pay due to HIV. It is a small price we pay for the lives we save. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Government policy on subsidising contraception.
Old value:: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.
Current: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
