MessageWe disagree. We've never had a budget deficit under conservative bloc majority, and that's over the past 35 years. And even if that were the actual case, it simply means we must cut government programs and entitlements.

MessageIt's a good thing it's not subjective: it doesn't matter that you "disagree." Do the math. Our current revenues barely exceed our outlays. You cut taxes by 2.5 billion ALOs, you'll get a budget deficit of about 1.5-2.billion ALOs.

You want to cut programs ,that's fine. But get those bills passed before you go after the tax cuts. That's the responsible thing to do.

Before the graduated income tax was reinstated, there was a budget deficit of about 3.5 billion ALOs. That deficit resulted when the sales tax was cut from 8% to 6%.
