| In an ever-changing world, a secondary school degree alone is no longer sufficient to serve the people of Likatonia respectfully. So, it is the intentions of this bill to require that all students gain a two-year tertiary educational degree of some form. |

This means after the completion of mandatory schooling; therefore the compulsory service age rises as well as educational requirement. |

Yet, they both teach several trades and skills is all I said, and both the military and the educational aspect of society are highly important. And as you said, we rarely fight wars anyway, so perhaps it is more important to have an educated class capable of being drafted in the unfortunate circumstance we should need them to fight? |
