Message"During war we can't give our enemy their men back. It would result in farm more casualties, as the conflict would be prolonged until the enemy's military was completely wiped out, our soldiers would just stop taking prisoners if they new in a few months they'd be fighting the same troops.

Handing them back to the enemy would, in the short and long term, cost more then keeping them in camps for the duration of the conflict."
